Tips & tricks from OC

Welcome to the first virtual IFPM3!

Our team has been working tirelessly over the past months to ensure that this online experience provides similar opportunities for engagement that previous IFPMs are known for. We will use a couple of tools that will facilitate the interactions and communications between all participants. Here are three main highlights of this online meeting:

  1. This website is our main channel of information. Here you will find a comprehensive overview of the schedule with all the links to Zoom meetings and sessions. There is a password-protected area where all materials (abstracts, recordings etc.) are available for download until March 2023.
  2. We will have a virtual conference venue on the platform gather.town. This will allow fun mingling between participants. Here you will always find someone to chat with during breaks. Please read the “How to guides”. There you will find information on how to enter and use gather.town. You will get more hands-on instructions if you join the technical walkthrough on March 16 at 15-16 (CET).
  3. Don’t miss the 3MT competition on March 18 at 12.15 (CET). We will need your help to award one of the seven competing young researchers with the Public Choice award. Please join and cast your vote!

If you have any questions about the organization, or if you have updates to add to the website please write to ifpm2021@gmail.com.

Lastly, we invite you all to take active part in making the first virtual IFPM a success.

We wish you all a memorable experience!
